How does this all work?
First, choose your favorite design.
I've chosen a design, now what?
Fill out the order form to request your free proof. Make sure to e-mail your photo(s) as well. Once we receive your request, you should receive an e-mailed proof within 2-3 days. We will make any corrections or changes as needed.
How do I place the order once I finalize the proof?
You can place your order directly on the website on your individual product page. You will also make your payment at that time.
I placed the order, when will I receive the items?
From the time you finalize your proof and submit payment in full, it will take approximately 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. If ordering multiple items, such as both cards and address lables, expect an additional 3-4 day delivery time. We encourage you to place your order well in advance of the event. Keep in mind, we do not have ultimate control over our shipping vendors and delivery times are NOT guaranteed. If you have time limitations, please utilize our design only service. We do not provide refunds for late packages. Again, please order in plenty of time prior to your event.
What if I have a problem with my order once I've received it?
