Photo Requirements:

We request that you send the original, full-size and unaltered version of your photograph. This means that the  photo should be exactly as it was downloaded from your camera. It should be at least size 1200x1800 and/or greater than 150kb. We can not guarantee the quality of any photo that is smaller in size. The quality of that size or less is not suitable for print.

If you'd like your photo to be converted to black and white or sepia tone, we ask that you leave that to us. We take great care in performing these alterations so as to maintain a high-quality print for you. We cannot guarantee the print quality of any photo that has been altered.
