You certify that you are the parent or guardian of the baby whose photo you submit, or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to display the baby's photos on SweetPeaGreetings.com.
You certify that you own or have the rights to use any information or pictures supplied by you. Announcements will not be used for promotional or advertising purposes without the expressed consent of the customer. You also agree to accept legal responsibility for the reproduction of all photos that you provide, and to hold harmless and indemnify SweetPeaGreetings.com for liability and damages incurred by the processing and reproduction of copyrighted photographs.
This site and its contents belong to SweetPeaGreetings.com. The copyright to the contents of this site is owned by SweetPeaGreetings.com.
Refund Policy
Since our products are custom printed, we do not offer a refund unless there is a problem with the order due to our error following your approval of the final proof. We encourage all potential customers to order a sample pack if you have any questions about the styles offered and how each looks and feels in person. If the error is ours in the printing or processing, we will reprint your order at no cost to you. If the error is yours, we will reprint for a charge of the current printing and shipping costs.
Data & Privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party.
COPYRIGHT POLICY/INFRINGING MATERIAL. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information owned or controlled by someone else without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
